No. The extension only runs simple code on the small set of sites where it has filters. It doesn't read URLs from any other tab or track you across the internet.
Mindglade is currently available on the Chrome Web Store. Other browsers are on the roadmap.
No. iOS doesn't have features to block in-app features and Android requires using AccessibilityServices. The solution is awkward: using Instagram on a browser and install a browser extension. The issue with AccessibilityServices is that it can see all your activity on Instagram. Mindglade prioritizes privacy.
